Galaxy Gaming reported Q2 2026 figures while revenue benefited from growth in its recurring and digital businesses – see more details:

  • Recurring revenue, net of royalties, increased 8% to a record USD 7.9 million (ca. EUR 6.8 million) and represented 99% of total revenue. Core recurring revenue rose 7% to USD 4.75 million (ca. EUR 4.12 million). Adjusted EBITDA increased 11% to USD 3.5 million (ca. EUR 3 million).
  • Digital revenue increased 11% to USD 3.1 million (ca. EUR 2.7 million), supported by higher play volumes and content launches with new customers. All Digital segment revenue is recurring. Galaxy Gaming revenue from digital operations accounted for around 40% of Q2 revenue.
  • Net income rose 5% to USD 1.0 million (ca. EUR 0.87 million). Free cash flow grew 25% to USD 1.7 million (ca. EUR 1.5 million) and interest expense fell 10% to USD 0.8 million (ca. EUR 0.7 million). CEO Matthew Reback said: “Recurring core and digital revenue, net of royalties hit a record USD 7.9 million.”
  • The Las Vegas-based supplier provides games and technology to land-based and online casinos and holds more than 140 licences worldwide. After quarter-end, Galaxy received a USD 5.2 million (ca. EUR 4.5 million) termination fee following the end of its Evolution merger agreement.
