Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) has appointed Gavin Isaacs to its Board of Directors in an advisory role. The Gavin Isaacs GLI appointment remains subject to regulatory approval. Isaacs has more than 25 years of gaming industry experience.

• Isaacs has held senior positions at Scientific Games, DraftKings and Bally Technologies. His experience covers gaming technology, iGaming and sports betting. GLI said he has been involved in M&A transactions worth more than USD 10 billion (ca. EUR 8.8 billion)
• The appointment follows CVC’s investment in GLI in June 2026. Isaacs joins GLI CEO James Maida and CVC representatives on the board. The Gavin Isaacs GLI role remains advisory during the regulatory approval process.
• Isaacs said: “GLI has built an outstanding reputation as the global leader in testing, certification and professional services for the gaming industry.” He said he looks forward to working with GLI’s management and board.
