Genius Sports has agreed a new partnership with US prediction market operator Kalshi. The Genius Sports Kalshi deal covers official sports data, integrity and marketing services. Kalshi will use the data to settle sports prediction contracts.

• Genius Sports will provide real-time official data from competitions including the Premier League, Serie A, Ligue 1, Liga MX and Argentina’s Primera División. Kalshi will use this information to settle sports contracts rather than relying on unofficial or delayed sources. The Genius Sports Kalshi partnership covers Genius Sports’ wider soccer portfolio.
• Kalshi will also join Genius Sports’ information-sharing processes, with some market types restricted as part of the integrity measures. “The use of official data and integrity services is more important than ever,” said Adam Barrick, Head of Sports Partnerships at Kalshi. Genius Sports will additionally support Kalshi with marketing and media services through its Legend-owned properties.
• Founded in 2018, Kalshi operates a US-regulated prediction market exchange where users trade contracts on future events, including sports. Genius Sports supplies data, technology and media services and works with sports organisations and betting operators including the NFL, Premier League, DraftKings and FanDuel.
