Genius Sports reported Q2 2026 revenue of USD 195.5 million (ca. EUR 169 million), up 65% year-on-year. Genius Sports revenue beat its USD 185 million (ca. EUR 160 million) guidance – see more details:
- Betting Technology, Content & Services revenue increased 28% to USD 117.4 million (ca. EUR 102 million), accounting for around 60% of group revenue. Growth came from existing customers, contract renewals and additional services. The segment remains the largest part of the Genius Sports business.
- Media Technology, Content & Services revenue nearly tripled to USD 78.2 million (ca. EUR 68 million) from USD 26.7 million (ca. EUR 23 million). Growth included the Legend acquisition as well as demand for Moment Engine and GeniusIQ products. Media contributed around 40% of quarterly Genius Sports revenue.
- Adjusted EBITDA rose 54% to USD 52.6 million (ca. EUR 46 million), ahead of the company’s USD 45 million (ca. EUR 49 million) guidance. Genius Sports still recorded a net loss of USD 76.7 million (ca. EUR 66 million), including USD 28.9 million (ca. EUR 25 million) in transaction expenses, mainly linked to Legend. CEO Mark Locke also said “prediction markets are opening an entirely new avenue for growth,” following deals with Polymarket and Kalshi.
- Genius Sports raised its 2026 revenue guidance to USD 1.005 billion-USD 1.025 billion (ca. EUR 870 million-EUR 887 million), with adjusted EBITDA now expected at USD 285 million-USD 295 million (ca. EUR 247 million-EUR 255 million).
