GeoComply has promoted Steven Vo to Chief Technology Officer. The new GeoComply CTO most recently served as SVP of Engineering. He will lead the supplier’s technology strategy.

• Vo was one of GeoComply’s first hires in 2012 and helped launch its New Jersey geolocation solution in 2013. He later worked at Amazon and Uber. Vo returned to GeoComply in 2021.
• As GeoComply CTO, Vo will oversee technology development, including the use of AI. His responsibilities cover location, device and behavioural intelligence. The technology is used across gaming and other sectors.
• Vo has also worked with customer engineering teams on technical integrations. CEO Kip Levin said: “Our customers rely on us for decisions that carry real regulatory and financial weight.” GeoComply is expanding its technology beyond the gaming sector.
• GeoComply provides geolocation and fraud-prevention technology that helps gambling operators verify player locations and meet regulatory requirements.
