DATA.BET reported a 91.4% year-on-year rise in esports GGR in Q1 2026. The supplier said esports betting growth was driven by higher turnover, stronger margins and more active players. The quarter also highlighted growing demand for combo bets and niche esports titles.

  • Combo bets posted a stronger rise of 72.1% across partner platforms. DATA.BET linked this growth to UX improvements in its Single Page Application and wider betting engagement.
  • The active player base expanded by more than 56% during the quarter. Average single bet size also increased, supported by higher-value wagers from premium partner platforms. DATA.BET said these trends reflected deeper involvement from users and ongoing esports betting growth.
  • CS2, Dota 2, League of Legends and Valorant all delivered double-digit growth across turnover, profit and active users. Niche disciplines collectively generated a 245% increase in profit year on year. Rainbow Six performed strongly after DATA.BET expanded match coverage and added new betting markets.
  • Rocket League continued to deliver strong results despite the absence of a major global event during Q1. Turnover rose 85.3% quarter on quarter, while active players increased 50.1%. DATA.BET said its broad market offering and 94% live coverage conversion rate supported the discipline’s performance.
  • “High margin efficiency has been a real catalyst this quarter,” said Bohdan Holovnov, head of esports at DATA.BET. Official data events increased 5.2% year on year, while the overall esports calendar rose 10.8%. The supplier said esports betting growth is continuing as partners expand promotional activity and player acquisition efforts.
