Kambi has completed the novation agreement to become the official sportsbook partner of the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG). The Kambi OLG sportsbook went live across both retail and online channels. The transition follows a previously announced handover from FDJ Gaming Solutions France.
Kambi has formally assumed all contractual responsibilities for OLG’s sports betting operations. The novation agreement between Kambi, FDJ and OLG was first announced in 2025 and required the completion of specific conditions. Those conditions have now been met, allowing Kambi to step in as the long-term sportsbook partner.
The agreement covers OLG’s full multi-channel offering, including PROLINE retail sports betting and the PROLINE+ online platform. Both products are now powered by Kambi’s Turnkey Sportsbook solution. The platform supports trading, risk management and compliance across channels.
The Kambi OLG sportsbook marks the start of Kambi’s direct operational role supporting sports betting for Ontario’s state lottery. The launch applies to both land-based retail locations and digital platforms.
OLG operates sports betting as a government-owned entity, with 100% of profits reinvested into the province. Duncan Hannay, OLG President and CEO, said: “OLG strives to provide a market leading PROLINE sports betting experience for our players.” Revenues continue to support public services and community programs across Ontario.
