S.S. Lazio and Polymarket have mutually agreed to end their sponsorship agreement following new measures from the relevant authorities.  Polymarket will still pay the full amount agreed for the 2026/27 season.

• Lazio said both sides agreed to terminate the deal early after new regulatory measures affected the partnership. The club did not specify which measures or authorities triggered the decision. The Lazio Polymarket sponsorship will therefore end before its planned expiry.
• Polymarket will pay Lazio the full amount due under the contract for the 2026/27 season despite the termination. Lazio did not disclose the value of the agreement. Polymarket operates a prediction market platform covering areas including sports and other future events.
• The two sides said they will continue their institutional dialogue and could work together again if regulations allow. “Should the applicable regulatory framework permit in the future, S.S. Lazio and Polymarket will look favorably upon the opportunity to establish a new partnership.”
