Lottomatica has delivered another year of growth across its main operating lines. The Lottomatica FY 2025 results show expansion in bets, GGR, revenue and profitability. Online once again grew faster than retail segments.
Total bets reached EUR 44.7bn in FY 2025, up 14% year-on-year. Online bets increased 22% to EUR 29.8bn, while Sports Franchise bets rose 9% to EUR 3.9bn and Gaming Franchise slipped 1% to EUR 10.9bn. The figures highlight the ongoing shift towards digital channels.
Group GGR amounted to EUR 4,735m, up 8% compared to FY 2024. Online market share stood at 31.3% for the full year, up 1.2 percentage points year-on-year. Within this, iSports reached 32.4% and iGaming 31.5%, both showing annual gains.
Revenue climbed 12% to EUR 2,255m. Online revenue rose 22% to EUR 955m, Sports Franchise revenue increased 14% to EUR 527m and Gaming Franchise revenue edged up 1% to EUR 774m. Online accounted for just over 42% of total group revenue during the year.
Adjusted EBITDA increased 21% to EUR 856m, with margin improving to 38% from 35.3% a year earlier. Online Adjusted EBITDA grew 26% to EUR 529m, ahead of Sports Franchise at €142m (+31%) and Gaming Franchise at €185m (+3%). The online segment delivered the highest margin at 55.4%, compared to 26.9% in Sports Franchise and 24.0% in Gaming Franchise.
Adjusted net profit rose 45% to EUR 369m, reflecting stronger operating performance. Operating cash flow reached EUR 657m, supported by higher EBITDA. The Lottomatica FY 2025 results also show stable leverage at 2.4x run-rate EBITDA at year-end.
