The Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) has issued a warning covering 12 gambling-related websites. The MGA unauthorised URLs notice says the authority has no connection with the domains. It was published on 25 September 2026.

• The MGA identified 12 URLs during September: katosports.com, caswino-pokies.com, caswino.cz, ritzo-hungary.com, elysiumstudios.se/what-s-new, tigercasino-au.com, horuscasino-aud.com, casinonight.nz, highflybet-aud.com, mzansibetcasino.live/es, casinonight-aud.com and chipscasino.pl.  References to the MGA or licences supposedly issued by it are described as “false and misleading”.
• The regulator advised players to check whether a gambling business is authorised before using its services. MGA-licensed companies must follow Malta’s regulatory and consumer protection requirements. Unlicensed businesses operate outside this framework.
• The MGA maintains public registers for licensed businesses and unauthorised websites. The MGA unauthorised URLs list is updated as further domains are identified. Players can also use the MGA Licensee Register to check whether a company or website is authorised.
