Octoplay has received interim authorization to operate as an interactive gaming manufacturer in Pennsylvania. The Octoplay Pennsylvania authorization gives the casino content supplier access to its third U.S. state. The company already operates in New Jersey and Michigan.

• The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board granted Octoplay interim authorization as an Interactive Gaming Manufacturer. This allows the supplier to provide its online casino content to licensed operators in the state. The authorization was granted on 14 August 2026.
• Pennsylvania becomes Octoplay’s third active U.S. state after New Jersey and Michigan. The Octoplay Pennsylvania authorization forms part of the supplier’s wider U.S. expansion. Octoplay said further regulated-market launches are planned.
• Octoplay plans to make its portfolio available to Pennsylvania operators through direct integrations. Commercial Director Andrew Abrahamson said: “Pennsylvania represents another important step in our U.S. expansion.” The company develops online casino games and supplies content to regulated operators.
