IGT (International Gaming Technology) has appointed gaming industry executive Patrick Ramsey to the board of its parent company, Voyager TopCo GP, LLC, pending regulatory approval. The appointment follows the combination of IGT’s Gaming & Digital business and Everi Holdings.

• Patrick Ramsey has joined the Board of Directors of Voyager TopCo GP, LLC, the parent company of IGT and Everi. He is a well-known gaming executive with experience across operations, technology and product strategy. Ramsey previously served as CEO of Multimedia Games and has advised several industry businesses.
• Voyager chairman Daniel Cohen said Ramsey’s knowledge of technology, operations and market development will support the company’s future plans. The Patrick Ramsey appointment strengthens the board as IGT continues to expand its gaming, digital and fintech activities. The company operates across both land-based and online gaming markets.
• Ramsey said IGT and Everi have built a strong portfolio spanning gaming, digital and financial technology solutions. He added: “I look forward to working with the Board and leadership team to help accelerate growth opportunities.” Alongside the Patrick Ramsey appointment, he continues to serve on the boards of Grupo Codere and Arrow International.
