PENN Entertainment has released its PENN Q2 2026 results – see more details:

  • Revenue rose to USD 1.86 billion (ca EUR 1.6 billion) from USD 1.77 billion (ca. EUR 1.5 billion) a year earlier, while net income reached USD 32.6 million (ca. EUR 28.2 million) after a loss in the prior-year quarter. Consolidated Adjusted EBITDA increased to USD 312.6 million (ca. EUR 271 million) from USD 236.1 million (ca EUR 205 million).
  • The retail business generated record quarterly revenue of USD 1.5 billion (ca. EUR 1.3 billion) and segment Adjusted EBITDAR of USD 517.2 million (ca. EUR 448 million). Nine properties posted record quarterly results, supported by recently completed development projects.
  • Gaming revenue accounted for ca. USD 1.4 billion (ca EUR 1.2 billion, or about 75% of total revenue in Q2 2026, in the second quarter, while non-gaming revenue contributed around 25% of the total.
  • PENN Q2 results also showed continued improvement in the Interactive business. Revenue reached USD 349.4 million (ca. EUR 303 million) and the Adjusted EBITDA loss narrowed to USD 9.5 million (ca. EUR 8.2 million), helped by growth in US iCasino and stronger performance in Ontario.
  • PENN ended the quarter with USD 1.9 billion (ca. EUR 1.6 billion) in liquidity, including USD 887.2 million (ca. EUR 769 million) in cash, while traditional net debt fell to USD 1.9 billion. The company also launched theScore Bet, theScore Casino and Hollywood iCasino in Alberta during July 2026.
