Playson has appointed Denys Koshel as its first Vice President of Commercial Partnerships. The new role brings account management and emerging markets under one function. The Playson commercial partnerships team will report through Koshel to Chief Commercial Officer Ben Wood.

  • Koshel has worked at Playson for nearly 11 years and most recently served as Head of Emerging Markets. He previously held several commercial roles, including Commercial Analytics Lead. His experience also covers account strategy, market development, analytics and integration projects.
  • The new position combines Playson’s account management and emerging markets leadership. The supplier said the structure is intended to make commercial support more consistent across different markets. Playson commercial partnerships will also make greater use of data, AI-driven insights, promotional planning and automation.
  • Chief Commercial Officer Ben Wood said: “Denys’ appointment as our first VP of Commercial Partnerships marks an important step in the continued evolution of Playson’s Commercial organisation.” Koshel will focus on developing the company’s commercial service model for operator partners.
  • Playson is a Malta-based B2B iGaming supplier, with its registered office in Sliema, developing mainly online slot games for operators. Its games are certified/licensed for 29 jurisdictions, while Playson Limited is regulated by the UK Gambling Commission and holds an MGA recognition notice in Malta. The privately held company does not publicly disclose turnover, but reports 300+ partners, 90+ games and more than 200 employees.
