Affiliate group Raketech has agreed to settle its remaining Casumba earnout for EUR 8.2 million instead of EUR 20.3 million. The Raketech Casumba settlement reduces the obligation by EUR 12.1 million. Completion depends on the release of bank financing.
- EUR 12.1 million reduction: The agreement covers the remaining earnout, including interest. Once paid, Raketech will have no further obligations to Casumba’s former owners. The liability stood at EUR 21.3 million in June 2026.
- Financing: Raketech will fund the payment with EUR 5.5 million from Bank of Valletta and EUR 2.7 million in cash. The loan carries 6.65% interest over three years. Total bank borrowings will reach around EUR 8.5 million.
- Financial impact: The Raketech Casumba settlement is expected to reduce net interest-bearing debt by around EUR 12 million. Raketech expects a one-off accounting gain in Q4 2026, without affecting EBITDA. CEO Johan Svensson said the deal would allow the company to “fully focus on executing our product strategy.”
