The Rank Group has confirmed a payment fraud involving its Spanish operations. The issue relates to its Enracha and Yo brands. Rank Group fraud has led to an estimated loss of around EUR 7.1m.

• The group said the fraud occurred within its Spanish businesses, Enracha and Yo. In aggregate, the financial impact is approximately €7.1m. Rank has not disclosed the timeframe over which the incident took place.

• Rank has reported the matter to the relevant law enforcement agencies and is supporting their investigations. The company has also launched an internal inquiry. An external law firm has been appointed to assist with the process.

• Due to the exceptional nature of the incident, the group expects to treat the impact as a Separately Disclosed Item. This accounting treatment will apply to Rank’s 2025/26 financial performance. Rank Group fraud continues to be reviewed as investigations progress.
