Following these talks, TGP agreed to cease operations in Great Britain and ensure the site is no longer accessible to UK consumers. • Everton FC, currently sponsored by Stake, will receive a formal warning from the Commission. Two other clubs with unlicensed gambling sponsors will also be contacted regarding the risks of promoting such businesses.

• The Commission will demand assurances that clubs have conducted due diligence on their white-label partners. Clubs must prove that British consumers cannot access the sites, including through measures such as geo-blocking.

• The Commission expects an orderly market exit from Stake.uk.com. Consumers should receive clear guidance on accessing their funds. Customers with questions should contact the operator via its website.
