Super has made a series of leadership updates across its board and executive team. The changes focus on strategy, product and finance roles. Super leadership changes come as the group continues to scale its operations and technology stack.
- Super appointed four senior figures: Sergio Ezama (non-executive director), Mina Dimitrova (chief strategy officer), Andrew Watts (chief product officer) and Olatz Urroz (chief financial officer). These hires cover strategy, product, finance and board-level oversight.
- Glyn Hughes is stepping down as CFO after around three years in the role. He is set to return to Hellen’s Rock Capital, a shareholder in the business, following a transition period.
- The changes are aimed at supporting growth, product development and AI initiatives. They also align with the company’s plans to scale operations and expand into new markets.
