LeoVegas Group has completed the rollout of its proprietary sportsbook platform across its Swedish brands.  It also marks another step in LeoVegas’ strategy to build more of its technology in-house.

  • LeoVegas has launched Tiger across all of its Swedish brands, bringing the sportsbook platform to its home market. The rollout is part of a wider international expansion strategy. Sweden now joins a growing list of markets using the in-house sportsbook.
  • Tiger follows Rhino, LeoVegas’ proprietary casino platform, which has been a key part of the group’s growth since 2011. The company says owning its technology gives it greater control over product development. It also reduces reliance on external suppliers.
  • CEO Mattias Wedar said all Swedish brands were migrated to Tiger in less than two months. He described the project as a major team effort ahead of the World Cup. LeoVegas added that early results from previous LeoVegas Tiger sportsbook launches have been encouraging.
