Trivelta has acquired Kerma Games, expanding its B2B iGaming technology business into proprietary casino content and entertainment IP. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

  • Kerma Games develops slots, live casino and crash games, including content linked to Snoop Dogg, Lil Baby, Sexyy Red and Luka Modrić through multi-year partnerships.
  • The acquisition adds Kerma’s proprietary games and 24/7 live dealer studio to Trivelta’s wider offering. Trivelta provides B2B technology including PAM, sportsbook, casino aggregation, poker, payments, CRM and mobile apps.
  • Kerma will continue operating under its own brand, retaining its team, product strategy and commercial presence. Its games will also remain independently available to operators outside Trivelta’s technology ecosystem.
  • Trivelta plans to use its technology and international reach to accelerate Kerma’s expansion, including faster game development, wider distribution and additional entertainment partnerships. No purchase price or other financial details were announced.
