Veikkaus Group reported H1 2026 results – see more details:

  • Sales revenue was EUR 471.3 million for H1 2026, compared with EUR 466.4 million a year earlier. Operating profit rose to EUR 227.7 million from EUR 220.6 million (H1 2025). Profit for the period increased to EUR 234.2 million from EUR 229.6 million in H1 2025.
  • Digital channels accounted for 64.5% of Veikkaus Ltd’s GGR, up 3.6 percentage points year-on-year. Physical points of sale generated the remaining 35.5%. Digital GGR increased by 9.1% in Lottery and Land Based Gaming and by 5.0% in Betting and iCasino.
  • Betting and iCasino GGR increased to EUR 151.6 million, compared with EUR 146.5 million in H1 2025. The increase was mainly generated through digital channels. The Veikkaus H1 2026 results therefore show continued growth in the operator’s online business.
  • Lottery and Land Based Gaming generated GGR of EUR 317.9 million, broadly unchanged year-on-year. Lottery GGR increased to EUR 254.5 million from EUR 246.1 million, supported by the Milli game and higher Lotto jackpots. GGR from slot machines and physical table games fell to EUR 63.4 million from EUR 71.3 million.
  • Veikkaus had around 2.67 million registered customers at the end of June 2026, roughly 50,000 more than one year earlier. CEO Olli Sarekoski said: “It is great to see that our investments in digital business and technical capabilities are delivering results.” Veikkaus is also preparing for Finland’s move to a licence-based gambling market in July 2027.
  • International B2B subsidiary Fennica Gaming continued its expansion during the first half of 2026. The company launched eInstants and online casino games in several markets and now operates across 21 markets on three continents.
