  • Net revenue was GBP 109.7m (EUR 126.2m) for the first half of 2026, up 42.7% year-on-year. The Winvia H1 2026 results were mainly driven by growth in Online Gaming. Adjusted EBITDA increased 7.5% to GBP 17.2m (EUR 19.8m).
  • Online Gaming revenue increased 54.6% to GBP 88.7m (EUR 102.0m), compared with GBP 57.3m (EUR 65.9m) in H1 2025. Adjusted EBITDA from the segment nearly doubled to GBP 20.4m (EUR 23.5m) from GBP 10.4m (EUR 12.0m). Growth was recorded across Own Brand, White Label and B2B channels.
  • Prize Draw Competitions generated revenue of GBP 21.0m (EUR 24.2m), up 7.7%. Adjusted EBITDA moved from GBP 6.2m (EUR 7.1m) to a GBP 1.0m (EUR 1.2m) loss as marketing spending increased. The Winvia H1 2026 results included GBP 41.1m (EUR 47.3m) of gross revenue from this segment before GBP 20.1m (EUR 23.1m) in competition prizes.
  • Operating profit increased 142% to GBP 12.6m (EUR 14.5m), while profit before tax rose 193% to GBP 12.9m (EUR 14.8m). • After the reporting period, Winvia completed the acquisition of Rev Comps in July 2026. The UK prize-draw competition business expands Winvia’s existing Prize Draw Competitions segment. Rev Comps is not included in the H1 2026 figures because the transaction completed after 30 June 2026.
  • After the H1 reporting period, Winvia agreed also to acquire The Giveaway Guys and Win Life Competitions, adding two UK prize-draw businesses. The targets generated combined gross revenue of GBP 30.3m (ca. EUR 34.8m) and adjusted EBITDA of GBP 4.25m (ca. EUR 4.9m) in the 12 months to June 2026. The transaction was announced in September 2026 and is therefore not included in Winvia’s H1 2026 financial results.
  • Winvia expects full-year adjusted EBITDA to exceed current market expectations. CEO Mihai Manoila said the company is “pleased to be upgrading full year expectations.” Prize Draw Competitions adjusted EBITDA is expected to trend close to GBP 2m (EUR 2.3m) per month during Q4 2026.
  • The Winvia H1 2026 results show Online Gaming accounted for around 81% of group net revenue. Revenue growth of 42.7% was faster than the 7.5% increase in adjusted EBITDA during the period.
