Zitro has appointed Michael Bauer to head its online division. He joins as Zitro Digital CEO with responsibility for strategy and operations. The move supports the group’s growing focus on regulated online markets.

  • Bauer brings more than a decade of senior leadership experience in online gaming. His background includes building and scaling digital operations across several regulated jurisdictions. He has worked at executive level on product development, revenue growth and international expansion.

  • As Zitro Digital CEO, Bauer will oversee the digital strategy and daily operations of the business. His remit covers online product development and commercial performance. He will also lead Zitro Digital’s growth plans in new and existing markets.

  • Commenting on his appointment, Bauer said: “I’m delighted to join Zitro as their new CEO Digital.” The announcement comes ahead of ICE Barcelona, where Zitro will present its digital portfolio. Bauer will lead the division as it outlines its roadmap for 2026.

  • Zitro supplies online casino content, including slots and bingo, to regulated operators. Its digital games are distributed through partnerships with platforms such as Playtech and operators including Bet365. The online portfolio adapts Zitro’s land-based titles for digital channels.
